rancher03: This picture of the ARTSHIP ( Golden Bear II, USS Crescent City (AP-40/APA-21)) in route to the All Star Metals Salvage Shipyard in Brownsville, TX was taken on 2/22/2012 while fishing on the ship channel at Port Isabel, TX. The inappropriate name "ARTSHIP" prompted an internet search. It had quite an amazing life as a cruise ship, World WAR II transport ship&Hospital ship, Maritime training ship and finally not quite an ART ship from 1938-2012.
