On the ramps on the south-east corner you find German F-4F's and Tornados and USAF T-38's. The south-west corner has F-117 housings, but I haven't find any stealth's yet.
Are you sure it is a nuclear power plant? Looks more like a coal powered one, because of the large coal field little north of the plant. Those cooling towers are very normal for watercooling at any powerplant.
