UPDATE: in March of 2016 the Zappa family trust listed the property for sale at $9,000,000, widow Gail Zappa having passed away several months earlier at age 70. Proceeds from the sale of the home are to fund a documentary about the infamous 20th century composer and guitarist, helmed by director; Alex Winter.
