I just wanted to post this but I see that someone has already posted the location.
Currently, an interesting art project, called 'We Drift' can be seen.

Interstate 278 (Staten Island Expressway) westbound through an abandoned tri-level stack interchange. Never opened to traffic, the high speed ramps were to facilitate movements between I-278 and the unconstructed Richmond Parkway. Richmond Parkway constitutes a freeway between New York 440 and the Outerbridge Crossing northward to Arthur Kill Road. The Parkway from Arthur Kill Road to Interstate 278 was never built.
The Lunik IX housing estate occupied by gypsy population from the neighbouring and distant regions. They made a living hell out of the former socialist blocks of flats.
The four statues of Michael the Brave, John Heliade Radulescu, Spiru Haret and Gheorghe Lazar were moved from the University Square because of an underground garage project. They were to be restored to their original places by April 2012.
Some misunderstanding: all border crossing points within the Schengen zone are kind of abandoned, nobody's there, the buildings are dilapidating. That's what I mean.
Yes, you're right it is actually located 3 km W of the posted placemark, here: 55°14.0381N 6°24.9802W
Unfortunately, this area is not covered by any good resolution satellite image.
This is interesting. Sometimes the older image appears with the building at its initial phase, other times the complete building comes up. I haven't seen such a thing before.
This is the Komjádi swimming pool on the North and the adjacent Császár open-air pool on the South
Komjádi Béla is one of the pioneers of water polo in Hungary, a great player and even greater trainer, also credited in the International Swimming Hall of Fame
Császár fürdő is named after the Turkish ruler who built a Turkish bath during the period of Turkish occupation in Hungary.
