I've been trying to narrow it down to one building but it looks like a lot of new buidlings have been built since the google map was created.

You may be right about salt mining, but is that done in the middle of the desert sand? Maybe in mountains or rock formations.???

That is pretty cool!!!!

This link shows that the Fort Belvoir SM-1 was the first hooked up to a commercial "grid" in 1957. Maybe the town of Arco wasn't part of a commercial grid.

According to ncl.com the Norwegian Sea is no longer in commission. I took a cruise in May 2001 on the Sea from NYC to Bahamas and that is exactly what the ship looked like.

That is actually NCL- Norwegian Cruise Lines. I'm pretty sure the boat is the Norwegian Sea
