And the reason for that is because the word "homo" has not been used as a derogatory slur in Netherlands as it has in the U.S.

From Wikipedia:
"The word homo occurs in many other languages without the pejorative connotations it has in English"

If this monument were called, for example, "Flikkermonument", or "Pottenmonument", however, there *would* be stadiums of angry Dutch gays and allies -- "flikker" and "potten" are Dutch slurs for gay, whereas "homo" has...

And the second radome is a much smaller one right next to the large white one.

In addition in the fields to the east are what look like LF/VLF arrays; one star array and two parallel arrays of different lengths.

The circles are orderly -- either in a triangular pattern or aligned along the river. Looks like there were once storage tanks (or silos?) there. Vegetation clustered around the edges of the tanks before the tanks were removed, and since then vegetation and has taken over the spots. If my theory holds, this has been quite a while since it looks like either the structures were dirt-floored or else erosion has caused the dirt to cover them up. OK, I guess not.

But. Seahawks Stadium was renamed Qwest Field in June 2004.
