2006 – After being presented for years, the stage version of the “The Lion King” was succeeded at the New Amsterdam Theatre by the stage version of “Mary Poppins.”

2010 – The two existing X-34s were moved with their vertical tails removed from Dryden to a hangar owned by the National Test Pilot school in Mojave, California where they are to be inspected, and NASA is investigating the possibility of restoring them to flight status.
