The USAF has been discrete about the deployment of F15 s to Djibouti. There is some reports of attacks from fighter jets over Yemen.

In the previous GE picture,only 6 were visible. Now all 8 are on the tarmac.

Djibouti is also a special forces base for missions in the middle east.

There was a crash that killed 4 SF's soldiers early in 2012. Original story said they were flying back from Afghanistan!
