Classical revival house built in 1907 and once owned by former New Mexico senator and US Secretary of the Interior, Albert Bacon Fall. Albert Fall was convicted of accepting bribes in what became known as the 'Teapot Dome Scandal'.

The house is seen in disrepair in the thumbnail but has since then undergone an extensive restoration by the city of El Paso which is seeking a tenant.
