It looks like a variant of the Piaggio P180 Avanti. Maybe a prototype. The body, nose, and main wings are the same but the tail and position of the canards are different. But the wings and pusher props scream Piaggio.
I was there in 1984 to see you fly as I had participated in
the hopeful production of this plane that was ahead of its
time. To those who were there, it was an eye-opening experience
and sense of accomplishment of so many people.
Sadly, the financial support needed did not materialize for such a
unique aircraft that would have made corporate aviation history.
Look to the HondaJet and you may see the ghost of the 400 in a
truly modern day aircraft.
