Belcher Islands

Canada (CA)
These strange islands in Hudson Bay are the result of post-volcanic rock being squeezed together by tectonic plate movements. There are over 1,500 individual islands. Inside the northern lagoon of the central island is the village of Sanikiluaq, the southernmost town in Canada's Nunavut Territory.
