I've tagged it as a Ferry for now, because of what appears to me to be a vehicle loading dock at the back of the vessel. If anyone knows better, please speak up.

Where it is parked looks like a terminal building... I was leaning towards passenger ship of some sort but since I haven't submitted ships, I hadn't thought of ferry. Sounds good to me!
