Brian Mulroney lives here. Mulroney was the 18th Prime Minister of Canada from September 17, 1984, to June 25, 1993 and was leader of the Progressive Conservative Party of Canada from 1983 to 1993. Mulroney’s term would be a strong return to conservative values, that the people largely backed as evident by the 6.3 million votes won, a long standing record until the Liberals' victory in 2015. This return to liberalism would be definitive of much of Canada’s policy in the later twenty teens. Throughout his political career, Mulroney's fluency in English and French gave him a decisive advantage wooing his constituency.
