Canning Town Station

London, United Kingdom (GB)
Canning Town is a public transport hub with London Underground, Docklands Light Railway (DLR) and a bus station all coming together.

The DLR has four platforms and the underground two. These form a sandwich with two DLR platforms being at the bottom, the two underground platforms being above them and the remaining two DLR platforms on top.

The station serves the London Underground Jubilee line that runs from Stratford to Stanmore in west London. The DLR station acts as a crossroads. The lower platforms handle the north/south trains and the top platforms the east/west trains but, as the system is so flexible, this can change.

The bus station, that is parallel to the rail tracks, has stands for more than 30 buses.
