Charles B. Johnson is the billionaire Chairman of Franklin Resources, a mutual fund company referred to as Franklin Templeton Investments. It was started by his father, Rupert, in 1947. Charles' son, Gregory, is the CEO. Charles' net worth has been reported at well over $4 billion, and he was named by Forbes as the 261st wealthiest person in the world in 2009.
