The Crawford-Gerber's have long lived next door. This new acquisition brings their total compound to over 7acres, easily one of the largest oceanfront properties in Malibu.
The estate was sold by "Monticello Properties S.A.", a private overseas corporation owned by Lynda de Logi, the widow of billionaire biochemist Walter de Logi. He sold his first company in 1996 for $750 million and later established Ceres, a publicly-traded biotech firm. He passed away in August 2014.
