Henry has been the Chief Financial Officer of American Express Company since October 8, 2007 and as its Executive Vice President since February 25, 2007. Mr. Henry is responsible for leading American Express Company's Finance organization and representing American Express to investors, lenders and rating agencies. He served as an Acting Chief Financial Officer of American Express Company since February 25, 2007. Mr. Henry joined American Express in 1990.
