This once-beautiful home is in the most revolting state of disrepair. My wife and I jokingly refer to it as "Grey Gardens" (if you know about that famous property). I live nearby and I'm often tempted to walk around it, certain that the pool is an algae farm like the defunct front fountain. I'm not sure who mows it but the weeds get about two feet tall before they are cut back, never edged, shrubs never trimmed. Had it not been for the very rainy spring, I'm quite sure it would all be a dry brown mess. It must be tied up in litigation because it resembles a foreclosure and I'm wondering if it's headed in that direction
