Federal prosecutors on Thursday [5 May 2011] moved to seize five homes connected to individuals recently indicted in a sweeping crackdown on the online poker industry, including a Las Vegas mansion owned by former Playboy Playmate Destiny Davis, who was Playboy Magazine’s Miss January in 2005.

According to a supplemental forfeiture filed on Thursday in Manhattan’s federal court, the government is moving to seize a 7,200 square-foot estate in a Las Vegas gated community. The house was purchased by Davis last year for $1.5 million, according to Clark County Assessor records. Davis recently married Chad Elie the day after he was arrested and charged with conspiring to commit bank fraud by processing payments for online poker firms. Elie, 31, pleaded not guilty and was released on a $250,000 bond secured by $50,000 cash to be paid by Davis and two others.
