Domenigoni Parkway is the highway bypass near Hemet, CA where the desert chase scene in the original "Fast and the Furious" movie was filmed. There is significant urban development now around the bypass, which at the time the movie was filmed (2001), was much more isolated and had not undergone an extension to Winchester, CA (a nearby town).
