These flares are pretty common. Probably caused by a bright flash or reflection overwhelming the CCD in the camera or a lens flare.

This one is unusual int hat there are two flares at right angles and the vertical one seems to have some very light pink numbers written over them. I can only make out the large 6 in the white part of the flare. You can see pinkish blurs to either side that may have been more numbers/letters.

I dunno, it could be a six, but I'm not convinced. It might just be a 6-shaped smudge...
