This is Villino Berlingieri, today the Embassy of Saudi Arabia in Italy.

The house was built on a plot bought in 1911 by baron Arturo Berlingieri. He gave the project to the famous Roman architect Pio Piacentini, today mostly known for Palazzo delle Esposizioni in Rome. Certain Neo-Renaissance and Neo-Baroque details on the building reveal the presence of Pio Piacentini's son Marcello.
