Frank Sinclair is a retired inventor.
He and his wife, Shirley, own this 10,000 sqft mansion built in 1859 for a Virginia planter which features has 16-foot ceilings, painted wall frescoes, gilded plaster cornices, maple floors lifted from a former skating rink, a two-story curving mahogany staircase, acres of halls and handmade carpets.
