BTW I found that it is called Hillcrest Airport:

It is privately owned by the "Hillcrest Homeowners Assn". Man, all we get from our homeowners association fees are spotty road-paving and a mailbox key. :)

I wasn't quite sure of the name of it. I knew about it and I used a Mapsco to find where it was. I should have guessed since the road next to the runway was called Hillcrest Dr.

Lucky folks! all I get from my homeowners' association is grief that I don't conform to their Stepford Wives template!
