Holmens Cemetery or Ship churchyard is a cemetery located on Dag Hammerskjölds allé at Østerbro.

The cemetery is located on the opposite side of the garnison Cemetery.

The cemetery was opened in 1666, and Copenhagen's oldest cemetery service.

Originally it was a burial place for poor seamen and their families in the King's service, in contrast to the former garrison Soldiers Cemetery Cemetery. The churchyard contains a number of historic grave monuments.
