James Neal lived here when he played for the Pittsburgh Penguins from 2011-14. He was traded to the Nashville Predators in June 2014.

Neal was drafted in the 2nd round in 2005 by the Dallas Stars. After one year in the minors, he spent almost three full seasons with the Stars before being traded to the Penguins on February 21, 2011.

2011-12 was a breakthrough season for Neal, as he recorded a career high in goals and assists and was chosen to play in the NHL All Star Game. One day after scoring his 30th goal of the 2011-12 season, Pittsburgh awarded him a contract extension of six years and $30 million.

His home was shown on an episode of "NHL 36" in 2012.
