The Golden Globe-winning & Emmy Award-nominated actor lived here with his wife, Amanda Anka (daughter of Paul Anka). After starring in several 1980's sitcoms, he became known for his role as Michael Bluth on the television sitcom "Arrested Development". Since the show's end, he has also appeared in several Hollywood films, such as "The Kingdom", "Juno" and "Hancock". They purchased the 5-bed, 3-bath, 2,617 sq ft in 2002 thru their Bateman Anka Family Trust for $885K, and sold it in 2014 for $2.228M.
Also known as 'Rand House, it was designed and built for renowned architectural photographer by Mid-Century modern architect, Bernard Zimmerman in 1962.
