Very odd location for a Lewis gun. It isn't an area that I'd expect to have needed protecting.

I was thinking of uploading a map for this as its my waymark that's been used as 'More info' tab, but kkeps got there before me . There is quite a lot of WW2 stuff scattered around Snowdonia. The other two in the local area are not visible on SV. See also: http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/238816
