The one-time manager of the famous boy bands "Backstreet Boys" and "'N Sync" sold this home in early 2008 for $1.085M. At the end 2006 it came to light that he had bought his way to fame by running one of the biggest and longest running Ponzi schemes in American history, leaving more than half a billion dollars in debts. On March 4th, 2008, he pled guilty to charges of conspiracy, money laundering, and making false statements during a bankruptcy proceeding, and to testify for the prosecution of several accomplices. He will be sentenced May 21.
