As I was skimming Mexico City, I spotted this "little guy." I did some research and found out he is part of Chapultepec Park, one of the world's largest parks within a city at 1600 acres of land. Check out the link for more info, and for a detailed map of the park.

This the Fountain of Tlaloc, a picto-sculpture by Diego Rivera in 1952. This scuplture was designed to be seen from above, and represents mexica god of water. The planes that are in ther way to landing in Mexico City airport can see it because they fly over it.
