This 1/2 mile track closed in 2005 in favor of a new housing development. This track opened in 1977 and hosted several types of racing, including NASCAR truck races from 1995-2003.

Soon after selling this land, the track's owners planned to build a new facility (Kern County's New Home to NASCAR) west of Bakersfield near Interstate Highway 5. In 2008, work halted on their new track, and the land eventually was sold in a foreclosure auction.
