The menu is a roster of soul food classics such as fried chicken, fried pork chops, and daily weekday specials such as meat loaf on Mondays and barbecue pork ribs on Thursday. I went with the dark meat fried chicken and, since they ran out of pieces, three legs were delivered to my table. The inside meat could have been juicier, but the skin had a wonderful, luscious golden crunch
