Home of the IndyCar and American LeMans racing teams co-owned by former driver Bobby Rahal and late night talk show host David Letterman.
This facility was built in 1984 for the Truesports racing team, who employed Rahal as a driver from 1982-88. After Truesports disbanded in 1992, Rahal moved his newly purchased race team to this location.
In 2001, the location was expanded with the addition of a 22,000 sq. ft. building. Another 50,000 sq. feet of expansion is planned for the future.
