Richard Crawford's house

Richard S. Crawford is chairman and CEO of the Crawford Group. He has built several thousand single and multi-family homes, as well as numerous industrial, retail and office buildings. In addition, he owned one of the Midwest's largest structural steel contractors, a major structural steel fabricator, and one of Michigan's largest commercial landscape contractors. He currently owns Arizona's largest highway contractor as well as interests in real estate development companies in Denver, Colorado. Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and Naples, Florida. In 1988, he acquired his first manufacturing business. During the ensuing years, Mr. Crawford added 12 more manufacturers, growing revenues from $4.5 million to $650 million before selling the group of companies to an industry consolidator. In 1995 he was named Michigan's Entrepreneur of the Year, and has been recognized by the State of Michigan Legislature on two occasions for his accomplishments. He currently owns and operate an electronics manufacturer, two plastic companies, and a distribution company. He is also a consultant to businesses and government.
