This does not appear to be a plane in flight but a plane underwater, resting on the bottom. Note same tint of water and no shadow below plane but nearby boats have shadows. Any way to track if there was a plane crash in that harbor near the date of last photo of that area (Sep 27, 2008?
I think the blue color is a result of post processing the image for equalization of the color of the water or a discoloration at a stitch seam. See the front portion of the ship docked to the NW. The back 3/5 of the ship is normal with the front 1/5 colored like this plane. Google has also been applying re-coloring algorithms lately to make water areas very uniform in color. This could be a result of that too.
It is also in the center of a very busy shipping channel. Unless that plane sunk moments before it would have been hauled out immediately after sinking since it would pose a hazard to navigation. It would also be a lot deeper since it is a navigable waterway.
