Looks like a desperate cry for scavenger points to me ;O). However if you look very closely into the rear window of that Cirrus Mini-van with the whitewall tires, it is quite clear the baby in the car seat next to the little blonde girl in ponytails has had an accident and is in need of changing ;0).
