Touch the Clouds (1838 – September 5, 1905) was a chief of the Miniconjou subdivision of the Lakota people or Sioux (Sioux name was given to the Lakota by their enemies the Crow). He was known for his height, physical strength, skill in battle and later his diplomacy.
