Boris Godunov was Tsar from the 21. February 1598 to 23. April 1605. Other say he was Tsar until 13. April 1605. His mausoleum is at the Trinity Lavra of St. Sergius Monastery. Interred are also his daughter Xenia Borisovna Godunova hand his son, Tsar Feodor II, his wife Tsaria Maria Skuratova-Belskaya .
