Uummannaq, Greenland (GL)
The Umiaq was a traditional rowing boat in tha Arctic area made of skin from whales, walrus or seals. In Greenland it was only allowed for women to row them. Other areas it was also allowed for men.

Now and then at festivals they are taken to water to show them in action. This one is on display at Uummannaq Museum.
