The two-time Academy Award-nominated film and stage actor is selling his upstate getaway for $850K. It is a local landmark called the "Rubber House". It is one of the few examples of true modern architecture in the area. It was commissioned by and built for the late choreographer Eugene Loring. His main home is in New York City, where he owns several pieces of real estate.
