As a result of that acquisition, Dr. Catacosinos served as Chairman, President and CEO of TNP from 2000 to 2004 and then as Chairman and CEO from 2004 to 2005, at which time TNP Enterprises, Inc. was acquired by PNM Resources.

The home was owned by the Pratt family of Standard Oil fortune.
