A concrete barge which should have been used as part of the floating roadway of the Mulberry harbour for the D Day landings. According to locals, this section came adrift before it could be towed to the Normandy coastline on the morning of 6th June 1944.

I don't think this is a Mulberry. Mulberry's were massive. Looking around there is what looks more like a partially sunken Mulberry just to the SW:

Joe is correct. These are part of the harbour but not a Mulberry section:

it is part of the Mulberry Harbour. this particular piece is a floating barge used to support the roadway.
