Pop star Britney Spears purchased this 7 bedroom, 9 bathroom, 11,600 square-foot mansion in the guard gated community of The Oaks in Calabasas for $11.8 Million in June 2022. She sold it 9 months later in March 2023 for $10 Million, making a $1.7 Million loss. Spears never moved in and is still residing in her Thousand Oaks mansion.
