The business initially focused on tilt up buildings and smaller structures. The quality of Pacific Coast Steel’s work led to strong ties with Southern California’s most respected General Contractors, and the loyalty of its’ workforce quickly translated into growth for Pacific Coast Steel. With the opening of a large-scale fabrication plant in the Greater San Francisco Bay Area in 1998, Pacific Coast Steel continued to flourish, constructing larger scale projects, including parking structures, bridges, reservoirs, water treatment plants, office buildings, schools, libraries and other municipal facilities.
