Frank H. Wyman passed away on April 21, 2013 at his home in New York, surrounded by his family. He was an inspiration for his generosity, his wit, his pluck, and his love for his friends and family. He will be missed by all those fortunate enough to have known him. He was born on December 19, 1921. He attended Cambridge University and graduated from Harvard University in the class of 1947. With his knowledge of multiple languages, he was an active participant in the business world, achieving success in real estate, construction of container ships, and money management. Since his youth he was an avid sportsman, collecting prizes in golf, tennis, and skiing competitions. He was a member of The Shinnecock Hills Golf Club, The National Golf Links of America, The Meadow Club, The Southampton Bathing Corporation, and the Lyford Cay Club, and he was one of the longest-standing active members of The River Club. He supported the Southampton Dune Church and numerous other causes to which his heart made a commitment. He is survived by his wife Victoria, his brother Thomas, his son and daughter Frederick and Carol, whom he had with his deceased wife Ann, as well as his three grandchildren, Victoria, Nicola, and Andrew. A memorial service will be held at St. James' Church, 865 Madison Avenue, New York City on Thursday, April 25, 2013, 11:00am.
