I think you caught the smaller of the president's helicopters. It is definitely a Blackhawk variant and the only on I know of painted that way is the Whitehawk, i.e. marine One:

I agree, but it's not called Marine One unless the POTUS is aboard. There's also more than one VH-60 with this paint scheme.
