The support trucks are there in the E & W views but the gondola is not. I wonder if they are launching the balloon. If so then it may be in the local vicinity in the E or W views and still in the air.
Exercise for the reader - find a flag or smoke nearby to see which way the wind is blowing. Then look down wind from the launch point.
Thanks Kevin. A few nearby flags show that the wind is blowing to the north. Based on the shadows, it's morning, so I figure there's a good chance it's visible in another scene.
A few days ago, I looked at a dozen or so known launch sites in the UK with no luck, then I stumble upon this one. Go figure.
