Built between 1931 and 1933, the 33,123 square foot Georgian style Phipps Mansion is comprised of more than seventy rooms, two of which were imported from England. The facility is furnished in the Chippendale and Queen Anne styles and features American, European, and Asian art. Today, the facility is used for a diversity of corporate and philanthropic events as well as weddings, wedding receptions, and wedding anniversary celebrations.

As of April 2010, the mansion sold to Denver philanthropist Tim Gill and his husband, Scott Miller.
