According to town land records, the land where the bathtubs have appeared is owned by Robert and Florence Bosco. The first of the tubs sprouted late in June 2010. The following week, eight claw-footed bathtubs have been propped up on their narrow ends facing Upper Whittemore and Tranquillity roads. A number of news articles have been writting about this story.
