Robert W. Winston, III is CEO and co-owner of Winston Hospitality. He was also founder and CEO of Winston Hotels from March 1994 to July 2007. Winston Hotels was a NYSE-listed REIT that was was acquired by Inland American in 2007. He received his degree in economics and political science in 1984 from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the University.
